Terlan wove this carpet with her neighbor and cousin, Pompol. They have teamed up before on carpets, while they also happily weave with other friends as well. They wove this carpet outside at Pompol’s house in the summer months of July and August 2016. They did a wonderful job filling the beautiful red field with a dazzling array of animals and shapes. It is fun to find the similarities and differences. The carpet has a luxuriously thick pile that is delightful to bare feet.
